At Necessary Design, we are committed to product safety and quality across all our products.
Children's Products - MiNote
Our MiNote lunchbox note holders are certified children's products designed for ages 5 and older. They comply with all U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations, including:
- Lead content limits (16 CFR Part 1303)
- Phthalates prohibition (16 CFR Part 1307)
- ASTM F963-23 Toy Safety Standard
Our Children's Product Certificate (CPC) is available upon request.
All Other 3D Prints
Our other 3D printed products (controller stands, vases, ornaments, display pieces, etc.) are designed for adult use only and are not intended as children's products. These items are:
- Made in the USA
- 3D printed using high-quality materials
- Hand-inspected for quality
- Not tested or certified for use by children under 12
