Cancellation policy

Need to make a change?

We get it—sometimes you change your mind or realize you ordered the wrong thing.

Before your order ships (within 1-3 business days of ordering): Contact us at hello@necessarydesign.com ASAP and we'll do our best to modify or cancel your order. Once it's packed and ready to go, we might not be able to catch it in time, but we'll try!

After your order ships: We can't cancel it at that point, but you can return it once it arrives. Check out our returns policy for details.

Custom orders: Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they can't be cancelled once production begins. We'll confirm all custom order details with you before we start printing.
