Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Custom pieces might need a little extra love—if that's the case, we'll give you a heads-up before you checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number sent straight to your inbox. No more wondering "where's my stuff?"—you'll know exactly where it is.

Delivery Times

USPS gives us estimated delivery windows, and we do our best to hit them. But sometimes weather, carrier delays, or the universe has other plans. We promise to get your order out quickly—the rest is up to the postal gods.

Holiday Heads-Up

Ordering during the holidays? Get your order in early! We'll post specific deadlines on our site and social media so your gifts arrive on time. (Nobody wants to be that person on Christmas morning.)

Lost or Damaged Package?

Ugh, the worst. If your package goes MIA or arrives looking rough, email us at hello@necessarydesign.com right away. We'll figure it out together.

We're US-only for now. (Customs paperwork gives us nightmares.)
